A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the design modification/customization of electrical system for chiller product in co-ordination with the control system design, product design. Be responsible for the design of the wiring system of the unit, Bill of Material, organize the reliability test planning and verification of the newly developed system/part, and organize the electrical design review of the unit.
2. Do a good job in communication and cooperation with relevant departments, communicate and coordinate with R&D and factory departments, find, analyse and solve electrical technical problems encountered in production, and be able to deal with major technical problems of parts and components together with the electrical parts group
3. Lead key role in localization of chiller electrical component, starters, etc for specification preparation, reliability test planning and verification
4. Responsible for design, detailed design of non-standard order, timely delivery of technical documents. Support to AE team for electrical related technical Q&A as well as Special/ customization in standard product
5. Comply with the company's ethics policy, company system, policies and procedures, and comply with the quality requirements related to the position;
6. Implement the company's safety, health and environmental protection management system; identify, evaluate and update the hazard sources of the functional block and environmental factors, and be responsible for supervising the effective implementation of objectives and management plans.
B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : Qualifications, work experience, abilities and skills
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in electrical and other related majors.
2.Work experience: more than 8-10 years of experience in the development and design of Chiller or central air conditioning or other electrical products; familiar with the design process and control of electrical products and have a deep understanding of the performance and characteristics of low-voltage and high voltage electrical components.
3. ABILITY AND SKILLS: FAMILIAR WITH NATIONAL ELECTRICAL STANDARDS AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR RELATED PRODUCTS, ABLE TO UNDERTAKE PRODUCT ELECTRICAL DESIGN TASKS ALONE; HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF SERVICE AND TEAMWORK; FAMILIAR WITH COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, FAMILIAR WITH AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL SOFTWARE; WITH GOOD ENGLISH READING AND WRITING SKILLS.
4. Others: work experience in chiller, central air conditioning electrical design is a plus.
