The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives.

Our internship will provide you with the opportunity to become familiar with Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E). You'll participate in technically focused training, team meetings and work on projects, and present your results.
As an Intern, you will be:
Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.
Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following engineering disciplines
Computer science or Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field:
Competencies:
experience in React JS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and a strong interest in building modern web applications.
Understanding of APIs, databases, and backend development concepts, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint is preferred, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to low-code/no-code business solutions.
Electronics & communication engineering, Electrical engineering, Electrical & Electronic engineering or related field:
Competencies:
Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits.
Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium).
Understanding of Analog and digital circuit design principles.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics.
Ability to program Arduino or similar
Be a National citizen of India
Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 7.5 out of 10.
Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
Be able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary).
Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship or time restriction now or in the future.
