Make Your Mark:
As an Implementation Senior Technical Enablement manager, you will responsible for leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs and courses for BlackLine products. This role requires a deep understanding of BlackLine solutions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Senior Technical Enablement manager will ensure that training content is current, engaging, and aligned with industry standards and best practices. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, energetic individual who enjoys actively engaging with others in a learning environment (virtual and face-to-face).
You must be comfortable working on multiple deliveries and collaborating on content development projects.
You'll Get To:

  • Provide prescriptive leadership and ownership of training courses.
  • Deliver engaging implementation level training classes on BlackLine products via e-learning, in person and/or virtually, integrating best practices and consulting skills with changes in and improvements to software solutions, technology, methodology, processes, and tools.
  • Articulate and demonstrate technical and professional knowledge of training content, and curriculum available across the BlackLine solutions.
  • Remain current with BlackLine best practices, developments and trends in areas of expertise.
  • Meet assigned quarterly and annual delivery satisfaction and utilization targets.
  • Follow and maintain operational or project tracking systems for each delivery or development project and adhere to deadlines.
  • Participate in training needs analysis, qualification, and/or delivery preparation calls with partners, and internal employees as needed.
  • Work as a course designer and cross-functional subject-matter experts to capture course-specific knowledge and verify that developed learning content is accurate and current.
  • Effectively collaborate in cross-functional readiness and internal enablement initiatives, developing and maintaining effective relationships that contribute to learning opportunities and the development of effective training and learning deliverables.
  • Monitor industry trends and present recommendations for education, including topics of interest and delivery methods.
  • Represent the Training team at key customer events, kick-off, user conferences, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You'll Bring:
Years of Experience in Related Field: 3-5 years of BlackLine and/or accounting experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • BlackLine solution knowledge
  • Accounting/financial background
  • Public speaking or training background
  • Project management
  • SaaS implementation methodology


Other:

  • Ability to conceptualize and present technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to deliver virtual training with MS Teams, WebEx, or similar applications to both small and large audiences.
  • Ability to accommodate a global virtual and in-person delivery schedule outside of regular North American business hours.


We're Even More Excited If You Have:

  • Experience Implementing BlackLine solutions
  • Experience applying adult learning principles to ILT and VILT training sessions.
  • Experience in eLearning and ILT course design, storyboarding, student and instructor guides, lab exercises, and job aids with tools such as Articulate (Rise), Camtasia, Synthesia, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management software.
  • Multilingual speakers are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range:
USD $111,000.00 - USD $138,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
