What you'll do: Endpoint Management Administrator in the Enterprise will...
We are seeking an Associate Mac Endpoint Management Administrator with 2-3 years of experience managing macOS devices in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, along with expertise in application packaging, configuration profile management, and endpoint support.
What you'll do:

• Manage and support macOS devices using Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or other MDM platforms.
• Create, deploy, and maintain configuration profiles, policies, and compliance settings.
• Package, test, and deploy applications, updates, and patches for macOS devices.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management, software deployment, and device configuration issues.
• Support macOS security, compliance, and device lifecycle management initiatives.
• Monitor device health, deployment success, and compliance status.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

What you'll bring:

• 2-3 years of experience managing and supporting macOS endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Workspace ONE, or similar MDM platforms.
• Experience with macOS application packaging and software deployment.
• Strong understanding of configuration profiles, policies, and device management workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting macOS operating system and application-related issues.
• Basic knowledge of shell scripting (Bash/Zsh) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Jamf 100 and/or Jamf 200 certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Nexthink for endpoint monitoring, reporting, and digital employee experience management is an added advantage.
• Exposure to macOS security frameworks, compliance standards, and automation tools is preferred
• Fluency in English
