The role involves coordinating technical tasks for products, managing project deliverables, risks, and providing solutions while leading cross-functional teams.
This product focused position performs established technical tasks at the sub-system and/or component level for current and future products within a given business unit or corporate area. This involves work across many steps in the product life cycle. Because of the product centered nature of this position, they are very often a central point of coordination and decision making between product line engineers, customer teams, systems engineers, purchasing, suppliers and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need the following
- Clearly define overall goals, business value, success criteria for the project.
- Make sure project deliverables are matching with the organizational goals.
- Pitch the business case to the project sponsors or related executives to get necessary budget and resources.
- Handle critical issues coming in the projects in order to ensure delivery correct right first time.
- Accountable for risk management, contingency plan and propose the direction of the project.
- Lead discussions with customers, sponsors to update project progress, challenges and provide solutions.
- Co-ordination between Global cross functional teams to execute the project.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Develop and manage Individual Work Plans in conjunction with manager.
To be successful in this role you will need the following
- PMP or related project management certification is preferred
- High level understanding of 3D CAD modeling tools, CREO, Windchill is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Liquid & Air Filtration System is required.
- Strong knowledge of Atmus APC-APD project execution process.
- Better understand of risk assessment, mitigation plan and propose alternative plans.
- Ability to work in cross-functional team & serve as a central point of contact
- Must have good planning skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Managing the varying expectations , interest and influence of key stakeholders.
- Experience in technical organization leading small to medium team is beneficial.

M.Tech/ MBA/ PMP Certified
