- Supervise the activities of the production staff in the manufacturing area.
- Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet strict production schedules.
- Ensure product standards are met and maintained consistently.

- Prepare detailed production, personnel, and financial reports.
- Establish and implement operating policies and procedures to achieve production objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
