The Opportunity: Engineering Manager, Nira

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our NIRA team, owning engineering across product, platform reliability, data infrastructure, and internal tooling. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with Product, Data Science, Credit, and Marketing to build, scale, and improve a fast-growing business.

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

How you'll make an impact
  • Own and execute the engineering roadmap across NIRA

  • Raise the bar on engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, reliability, observability)

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers

  • Drive technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scalability

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver meaningful business outcomes

Why you're a great fit
  • 7+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in management

  • Experience leading teams in startup or scaling environments

  • Strong track record improving engineering standards and delivery

  • Comfortable operating across product, infrastructure, and data

  • Clear communicator with a bias for action
