Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Support Manager who has a deep passion for product quality, debugging, and customer satisfaction to join our Engineering team here at Ridecell. Being a team player comes naturally, and you’re someone people can count on to jump in and do whatever is needed to get the job done. You will play a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by validating new features, helping with post-launch support, and debugging.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a team of technical support engineers.
- Learn & take ownership of post-launch support & debugging.
- Work closely with internal and external customers to drive the quality of delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality solutions & resolve issues quickly.
- Actively update, maintain and monitor Asset Management Solution for various countries
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
Qualifications for Technical Support Manager
- 10+ years of proven experience in technical support (application support).
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent debugging & data analysis skills.
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Commitment & passion to excel & grow technically.
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Experience with Postman, sumologs
