Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Adobe Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, strategy, and design of large-scale digital experience solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Campaign, etc.). The Enterprise Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and delivery teams to ensure the Adobe ecosystem is aligned with enterprise strategy, scalable, secure, and integrated across the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end enterprise architecture strategy for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms.
Partner with business leaders, marketing teams, and IT executives to translate business goals into scalable Adobe solution architectures.
Lead solution design, integration, and governance across Adobe AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Commerce.
Provide architecture oversight for Adobe implementations, migrations, and cloud adoption.
Define standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for Adobe solution delivery.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), security, and accessibility requirements.
Guide technical leads and development teams, ensuring high-quality solution delivery aligned to architecture principles.
Evaluate and recommend third-party integrations, APIs, and headless CMS models for Adobe ecosystems.
Drive innovation and modernization initiatives leveraging Adobe Sensei AI, personalization, and customer journey orchestration.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and executives, influencing enterprise digital strategy with Adobe capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
12+ years of IT experience, with at least 6–8 years in Adobe Experience Cloud architecture and solutioning.
Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service) – Sites, Assets, Forms, and integrations.
Strong knowledge of other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target, Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Commerce).
Proven experience designing large-scale, enterprise-grade digital platforms.
Strong skills in cloud-native architecture (Adobe Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of API-led architecture, microservices, headless CMS, GraphQL, and integrations with CRM/ERP/eCommerce.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to define roadmaps, reference architectures, and governance models.
Nice-to-Have
Adobe Certified Expert / Master in AEM or Adobe Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation frameworks.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of AI/ML personalization, CDP (Customer Data Platform), and real-time data platforms.
Prior consulting or digital agency experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
