As an Enterprise DevOps Engineer, you will join the Enterprise Engineering cluster in the Product Development, Integration & Engineering chapter; you will collaborate with other internal experts, specializing in various aspects of Enterprise engineering. The team collaborates on multiple products that contribute to Roche's internal business requirements. You will be accountable for developing, optimizing, and managing IT services/applications. You will also focus on ensuring cost-effectiveness, scalability, and security in all aspects of the digital product lifecycle, including maintenance activities. As part of enterprise engineering, you will be involved in understanding the business application processes and functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on technically in the cross-functional experts team and interact with stakeholders as necessary
  • Responsible for configuring the systems, aligning with business expectations and processes, and mapping to the systems.
  • Provide backend support to ensure seamless data flow and training to end-users and team members.
  • Depth of subject matter expertise on Pharmacovigilance, the complexity of the solution landscape, compliance, and stakeholder landscape varies according to the seniority level.

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or 5-7 years of relevant work experience working in a multinational work environments (e.g. life science industry experience is a plus).
  • Experience in LifeSphere MultiVigilance (LSMV) platform is necessary and good knowledge of LSMV Architecture and Data Flow Processes is desired.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance, regulatory reporting timelines and obligations.
  • Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving and a customer-service mindset.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English. 
  • Working knowledge of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and GxP.
  • Moderate travel is required and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
