Marvell’s Resiliency Program prepares the organization to adapt, withstand and recover rapidly from disruptions. The Program includes key components such as crisis management, business continuity, and disaster recovery for Marvell’s global business. At Marvell, the Resiliency Program engages employees at all levels of the company to develop, implement, align, maintain, and continuously improve our state of readiness and ability to achieve business outcomes regardless of the events faced. Plans and strategies are developed to address risks and support a coordinated response and recovery to a wide variety of threats, including cyber, geopolitical, and natural disasters.
Joining Marvell as a Resiliency Program Senior Analyst, you will serve as a process owner and thought leader working on a regular basis with a cross-functional team comprised of crisis management, business, and technical stakeholders to prepare business continuity and disaster recovery strategies. You will bring your strong background in business impact analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery management across diverse geographies, technical footprints, and operational needs to ensure Marvell is able to prepare for, respond to, and recover from impactful events and incidents.

What You Can Expect

  • Responsibility for developing and implementing risk-based strategies to ensure our organization identifies our most critical assets and processes to effectively respond to and recover from disruptive events, including cybersecurity incidents, natural disasters, and other emergencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and respond to incidents, including cyber threats, natural disasters, and other emergencies.
  • Ensure regular risk assessments and business impact analyses are conducted to identify critical business functions, dependencies, and potential threats.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs) to ensure operational resilience.
  • Assist in the development and execution of crisis response plans, ensuring alignment with business continuity strategies.
  • Drive analysis and reporting for organizational resiliency scorecards and resilience reporting.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats related to business continuity and cybersecurity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the organization's resilience capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience working in resilience in an enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities that may impact business operations.
  • Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution, including IT disaster recovery strategies.
  • Experience building out and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery planning, preferably in a semiconductor or technology company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively roll out initiatives and strategies across all areas of the organization.
  • Experience in conducting business impact analysis for medium to large-scale organizations.
  • Proven history of delivering reliable and scalable solutions for resilience and protection of critical assets and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to define resiliency related metrics and measurements to demonstrate risk-mitigation and organizational posture improvement over time.
