What you’ll own as – ERP Systems Analyst Senior
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Requirements Translation
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for automation solutions.
- Perform system analysis to ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Automation & Integration Development
- Design, build, and support automation solutions using Power Automate, Alteryx, ServiceNow RPA Hub and/or other automation tools.
- Develop reports and/or integrations between finance applications (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EPBCS, etc.) using native reporting solutions and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Implement OCR-enabled automation for finance and operations processes such as invoice ingestion, data extraction and reconciliations.
- Configure and support automation runtimes, connections, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Testing
- Build and execute test plans to validate automation logic and/or integration and report development.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve technical defects.
- Ensure automations perform reliably against operational KPIs.
- Governance & Compliance
- Maintain detailed documentation for automation and integration builds, integration mappings and exception handling.
- Support automation governance practices including audit, security, and risk controls.
- Provide production support for deployed solutions, ensuring stability and compliance.
What you bring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst, automation developer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and EPM applications
- Strong technical skills with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Alteryx and/or ServiceNow RPA Hub.
- Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and ERP data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including ERP integrations and runtime configuration.
- Familiarity with OCR functionality and its application in finance operations.
- Knowledge of financial processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, plan-to-report).
- Experience working in Agile teams and sprint-based delivery.
