As an Associate Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you will collaborate with a cross-functional delivery team to create and enhance customer engagement solutions. Your role is crucial in configuring Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse, building low-code components, and contributing to code extensions. With a focus on application lifecycle management and clear technical documentation, you will also collaborate closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations. Responsibilities
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse: entities, columns, relationships, forms, and security roles.
- Build low-code components: model-driven apps and Power Automate flows.
- Contribute to code extensions: C# plug-ins, custom workflow actions, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement integrations using standard connectors and Web API/OData.
- Support ALM: solution layering, environment strategy, and version control.
- Write technical documentation: solution design notes and configuration decisions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: task estimation, progress updates, and risk management.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Assist with data migration and quality activities: data import templates and mappings.
- Triage and resolve defects, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse concepts.
- Hands-on experience with model-driven apps and Power Automate flows.
- Basic proficiency in C# and/or JavaScript for Dynamics 365 extensions.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365/Dataverse Web API, OData, and REST fundamentals.
- Understanding of solution management and ALM practices.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tooling for collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Commitment to inclusive design and secure practices.
- Experience with plug-ins, custom APIs, or PCF is an advantage.
