ESaaS - MSD -Technical - D365 CE Tester

As an ESaaS - MSD - Technical - D365 CE Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using C# to test web-based and API-based applications across various projects. You will work closely with development teams to understand requirements, design effective test strategies, and execute comprehensive tests to identify and resolve issues. Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test frameworks and scripts using C# for web and API-based applications.
• Execute comprehensive tests to identify and report bugs, performance issues, and other anomalies.
• Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure consistent and high-quality testing practices.
• Maintain and update test scripts and frameworks to align with changing project requirements and technologies.
• Document test cases, results, and issues encountered during testing, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
• Analyze and prioritize test cases based on risk and impact, focusing on critical and high-priority areas.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and changes do not introduce regressions or break existing functionality.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to development teams, offering suggestions for improvements and optimizations.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance testing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing.
• Proficiency in C# programming language and experience with developing automated test scripts.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of API testing and experience with API testing tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methodologies.
