Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support the Business Operations team in managing day-to-day processes. This role will assist in financial operations such as invoicing, billing and revenue accruals, vendor coordination, and CRM management while gaining exposure to tools like Salesforce and Workday. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and capable of handling operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Support: Assist in collecting and validating financial data for reporting and compliance.
- Billing & Transaction Assistance: Support invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation activities in Workday.
- Salesforce CRM Updates: Maintain client records, update contract details, and generate basic reports in Salesforce.
- Vendor Management: Help track vendor performance, maintain documentation, and support contract renewals.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and update dashboards, reports, and trackers for internal teams.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper drafting and filing of contracts and adherence to governance standards
- Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth reporting and operational workflows
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business operations, finance, or administrative roles.
- Basic understanding of financial processes and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Workday
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
