ESM Architect

JOB TITLE SERVICENOW ARCHITECT/PLATFORM OWNER (10-15 YEARS) Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance, scalability, security, and platform health. • Act as the first point of contact for all ServiceNow platform capabilities, offering advisory and driving platform adoption across the organization. • Collaborate closely with the Technical ServiceNow leader to maintain platform sanity, plan and execute version upgrades, and implement robust security measures. • Lead continual service improvement initiatives focusing on platform stability, configuration management database (CMDB) health, and overall user experience. • Provide leadership and architectural oversight in the implementation and enhancement of IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. • Drive application dependency mapping practices to improve visibility into application infrastructure relationships and dependencies. • Develop and enforce ServiceNow best practices and governance aligned with industry standards and organizational objectives. • Support custom application development and integrations, ensuring seamless workflows and automation aligned with business needs. • Oversee MID Server deployment and management, ensuring secure and effective communication for integration and discovery. • Guide adoption of Advanced ServiceNow features such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics. • Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable ServiceNow solutions. Must Have Experience • 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with a strong architectural and platform ownership focus. • Deep expertise in ITOM, including hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Application Dependency Mapping.
