How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

- Responsável por processos relacionados ao pacote de benefícios oferecido aos empregados, sua operação, conferência e atendimento aos empregados. Benefícios como: previdência privada, plano de saúde, vale refeição, vale alimentação, vale transporte, auxílio creche, benefício farmácia, complementação salarial, entre outros.
- Responsável pela operação, atendimento a requerimentos legais, contábeis e de auditoria, para o plano de previdência privada.
- Suporte aos projetos da área.

Qualificações
Para se candidatar a vaga a pessoa deve apresentar os seguintes requisitos:
Habilidades:
- Obrigatório Espanhol e Português
- Desejável Inglês
- Obrigatório domínio em Excel
- Conhecimento pacote O365 (Powerapps, Automate, BI, etc)
- Boa habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal
- Foco no cliente
- Capacidade analítica e de solução de problemas
- Bom gerenciamento do tempo e capacidade de realizar multi tarefas
- Habilidade de gerenciar informação sensível e confidencial
- Capacidade de planejamento
- Desenvoltura para conduzir treinamento aos empregados
- Gestão de fornecedor
- Formação superior completa.
