Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) who can take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. This role also includes light sales support, such as outreach on LinkedIn and email follow-ups from conference lists. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and relentless in ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, filing insurance claims, and handling registrations.
Assist with sales outreach, including messaging prospects on LinkedIn and sending emails from conference lists.
Register for conferences, coordinate follow-ups, and liaise with key contacts.
Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed successfully.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and persistent approach to completing tasks.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email correspondence, and basic administrative functions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
