Elevate Your Career at Iron Mountain
Are you an experienced compensation professional ready to step into a highly visible, executive-facing role at a leading information services company?
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation with deep expertise in executive compensation to join our Total Rewards team. This is not your typical comp role—while grounded in foundational programs like ESPP and deferred compensation, the role offers unique exposure to executive pay programs, high-level decision support, and direct interaction with senior leadership.
In this position, you’ll support and evolve key programs including long-term incentives (LTI), equity, and deferred comp—managing everything from Workday HCM administration to preparing materials for Compensation Committee and Board review. You'll serve as a trusted partner to VPs and C-level executives, fielding nuanced compensation questions, building strong cross-functional relationships with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and HR, and ensuring our executive pay programs are both compliant and competitive.
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong—with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, data modeling, and equity program knowledge—but who also brings the confidence and curiosity to question the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
