§ Policy Review and Implementation:
- Review and interpret HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
- Conduct periodic policy audits to verify adherence across business units.
- Identify deviations, process gaps, and compliance risks; recommend corrective actions.
- Support the creation, modification, and communication of HR policies.
- Work with the legal and compliance team to ensure all policies comply with local laws and regulations as applicable
- Communicate policy changes and updates to all employees effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on policy-related issues.
- Engage with various departments to gather input and feedback on policy development and implementation.
§ Process Audits:
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate end-to-end audit lifecycle: request intake, data gathering, evidence collation, walkthroughs, and auditor interactions.
- Track implementation and closure of corrective actions with process owners.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure timely submission of HR evidence/data.
- Track audit observations, prepare management responses, and coordinate closure actions.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with focus on process improvement and project management within HR
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
· Proficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and documentation tools
