Role & Responsibilities:
● 1-3 years of experience in IT Support.
● Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking .
● Walk-in users through installing applications and computer peripherals
● Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
● Conduct remote troubleshooting.
● Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue .
● Record technical issues and solutions in logs
● Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Help create technical documentation and manuals requirements.
● Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
● Technical sound in windows troubleshooting, blue dump error etc.
● Hands on experience on Windows 7, 8.1 & 10 OS . Good in troubleshooting for MS Office Outlook, 0365 and application.
● Basic network knowledge. Must have knowledge on VC and projector/presentation set-up.
● Must have knowledge of Antivirus / Drive Encryption-Decryption concepts should be clear.
● Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments.
