Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, email) to drive lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns for lead generation, client engagement, and event promotions.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor and industry research to support marketing strategies and sales enablement.
- Event Marketing: Coordinate and support promotional events, webinars, trade shows and employee engagement events
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to build targeted marketing lists and nurture potential leads through campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, SEO, and website traffic.
- Branding Support: Ensure all marketing materials and digital assets adhere to Inivos’ brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, consulting & tech teams) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO basics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Canva for presentations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A passion for technology, B2B marketing, and exploring new marketing trends.
