The role involves ensuring safety standards, implementing maintenance practices, leading engineering activities, reporting, and assisting the Shift in-charge. Responsibilities include adhering to compliance and security policies, and managing job allocations.
- Follow the safety norms of the company and contribute in improving the standards.
- Implementation of the reliability based maintenance and 5S.
- Carry out all jobs as assigned by the Shift in-charge (SIC).
- PM compliance and PM closing as per company KPI
- Report on all jobs after completion
- Suggest any modifications required to reduce Maintenance time
- Lead the peer group.
- Assist SIC as required.
- Adhere to Our Principles (Founders Principles) and LEAN
- Adhere to DPWs Information security/ Security Compliance/ Confidentiality of information/ Global and MICT safety requirements and policies
- When act as SIC, maintain
- Log book, Breakdown entry, PTW, LOTO issue, conduct TBT, supervision and shift reporting.
- Issue and allocate jobs, monitor all type of engineering activities.
