Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution, distribution is covered by carrier management). Includes all kinds of warehouses like CFS, CY, inland depot / warehouses, bonded warehouses, etc. whether owned, operated or both by Maersk.
Job Responsibilities:
•Interaction with control tower team in case of contingency on laden and empty container
•Ensure speedy resolutions on issue and exception raised by customer
•Adhere standard processes and monitors respective KPI’s
•Ensure stacking with segregation of containers
•Ensure Truck TAT & RS moves are controlled efficiently
•Creating a yard management system
•Involve in transformance journey through standardization & digitalization adoption
•Responsible for system transition and automation development
•MIS reports with high accuracy
•Manage Labor Force
•Ensures and plans for safe handling of all type of cargo upon delivery
•Makes sure all operations are Risk assessed on nature of work
•SPOC for all Internal departments for smooth transition of operations.
Accountable for :

•Safety & security of Site
•Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
•Yard Management System
•Cargo/container gate IN/OUT with time bound & appropriate documents.
