We need someone who is passionate about phenomenal customer outcomes, work collaboratively across Broadcom teams to enable our Enterprise Customers conceptualize, build, and scale their Enterprise Cloud Services built on Broadcom solutions.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

Within your first 3 months

• You will be expected to become competent with VMware by Broadcom’s Enterprise Private Cloud Vison, licensing guidelines, product portfolios covered and standard operations.
• Be a continuous learner and develop ongoing competence on new VCF solution areas, deep technical and business knowledge of VMware solutions, industry directions and trends in line with solution roadmaps/acquisitions.
• Working together with the broader RTO teams, develop relationships with major Enterprise Customer teams as a trusted advisor and assist in leading and handling the technical agenda. This will include assisting in running initial product/solution proof-of-concepts and pilots.

After 3 months+

• Drive technical Roadmap/Future State Architecture with existing top Enterprise Customers.
• Help the broader RTO organisation build compelling proposals to address specific customer opportunities and drive technical closures for the same using existing instruments such as Architecture Review Board and Private Cloud Capability Assessment.
• Be a trusted advisor to top Enterprise customers for their respective cloud strategies & leverage VMware internal ecosystem to work on a joint vision, strategy, and technical/solution roadmap to drive incremental consumption for related VMware VCF Solutions.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

As a member of the ESA team, you will:

• Work closely with top Enterprise Executives/Sellers across the Japan to drive VCF adoption and consumption.
• Provide technical architectural guidance based on Broadcom’s best practices and drive the adoption of Broadcom products, services and technologies into broader RTO community eventually contributing to Broadcom’s subscription revenue.
• Coordinate within an internal set of multi-functional teams such as Core RTO, Advanced Services Architects, BU Engineering, Professional Services, to drive VCF adoption and consumption.
• Join hands with the respective regional GM and RTO leadership in driving localisation of APJ/Worldwide initiatives to build the RTO teams technical and Architectural capabilities.

Fixed: This role can be based in Mumbai or Bengaluru Office
