As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Design and Customer Experience team, you will shape user experiences by leveraging advanced design principles. Job responsibilities
- Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture to enhance navigation and user satisfaction.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to transform information into valuable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
- Operate with an iterative design mindset, using user feedback to improve experiences.
- Analyze market trends and user research to inform design decisions and strategic thinking.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years in user experience design or equivalent role with digital products and services.
- Ability to create visually appealing designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in designing user experiences across web, mobile, and digital channels.
- Experience interpreting complex data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Jira and Lucid.
- Understanding of research practices.
- Experience working in Agile practices.
