Boeing IDT&S Engineering team is currently looking for a Experienced Automation Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru, KA. Automation Tester at Boeing make sure that fleet at the world’s largest aerospace company continue to meet the reliability and safety by contributing towards the development and maintenance of in-house software and programs essential for the smooth functioning of the organization.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop automated/manual Test scenarios to test High Level and Low-Level Software requirements
• Should be able to write functional and nonfunctional test cases, test scripts based on the product requirements.
• Develop Software integration test Scripts to verify the correct implementation of High Level requirements.
• Set up end-to-end test environment, execute test cases and report test results in the test management tool.
• Ability to understand automation framework, write and execute test scripts.
• Establish traceability from SW Requirement and Test.
• Perform peer review on test cases, test procedure.
• Be a good team player in the agile team. Candidate should possess excellent communications skills to participate in Requirement/Design/Code/Test reviews, have a thorough understanding of version control and software quality attributes, such as testability, portability and maintainability, and enjoy a self-driven and collaborative development approach.
• Be dynamic and support management, lead to ensure successful product deliveries.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate the Risk, issues and Opportunities in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years of experience in automation testing, Web application, testing, API testing, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in C# .Net, JavaScript  for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate).
• Hands-on experience in performance testing (JMeter, Load Runner).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Experience in Database testing.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.

Typical Education & Experience:

• Typically, 8-12 years related work experience or Relevant military experience. advanced degree (eg. Bachelor, Master, etc), preferred, but not required.
