About the Role

Mixpanel is looking for a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to manage and scale our India field marketing initiatives. This role crucial for driving our accelerating growth in India and supporting our broader marketing initiatives across Asia Pacific. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline and upsell for the India market.

Responsibilities

  • Own Field Marketing Strategy and Execution Across India: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regional partners, to design a field marketing strategy that fills the top-of-funnel pipeline and supports deal progression using tactics like online/offline events, ABM campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Own APAC-wide Webinar Strategy: Collaborate with HQ teams to execute APAC sessions for global webinars, build and execute APAC regional webinar strategy, content and optimizations.
  • Drive Brand Advocacy: Engage our happiest customers and advocates, ensuring their participation in field programs to amplify Mixpanel’s brand presence.
  • End-to-end Pipeline Ownership: Build and execute end-to-end on pipeline generation for owned activities, from pre-event, during-event, and post-event sales follow up
  • Support Global Marketing Initiatives: Support global marketing initiatives by providing India market knowledge, executing local portions of global programs, and advocating for India market needs.
  • Global Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the global field marketing organization by sharing learnings, best practices, and standard processes.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Experience: 6-8 years in field marketing for the India market in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment, especially in event strategy and execution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to build close, trusting relationships with sales, marketing operations, revenue operations, design, and product teams
  • Operational Excellence: Strong track record in managing event and program execution, from ideation to lead follow-up
  • High Energy and Curiosity: A proactive attitude with a sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability.
  • Business and Data Acumen: Skilled in using data to measure and optimize activity performance and improve processes.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and adaptability to new learnings and insights.

Bonus Points For

  • Industry Expertise: Experience in analytics or a similarly technical B2B vertical.
  • Specialization: Knowledge in on/offline events, partner marketing, and marketing to Product, Data, Analytics, Engineering personas

Existing Tech Stack Proficiency: Familiarity with Hightouch, customer.io, Goldcast, Figma, Salesforce, and experience with centralized documentation tools like Notion or project management platforms.
