Position Purpose: Compile and analyze financial information for the company.
- Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
- Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
- Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
- Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Accounting or Finance degrees strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas) strongly preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare insurance industry strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as OneStream or Hyperion Essbase preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
