The Finance and Controlling Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing the Management Reporting system and integrating AI for enhanced reporting. Duties include creating reports, training users, documenting processes, and deploying efficient data practices while collaborating with stakeholders to improve financial systems.

Responsibilities:
- System Development: Implements and optimizes solutions in the FFT Management Reporting system, Board. This includes Creating reports, dashboards and visualizations, implementing efficient data processing procedures to transform and enhance data, Understanding, designing, and implementing robust interfaces between Board and systems such as SAP, BI, HFM, and Workday ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- AI Integration: Develops and leverages AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy and provide deeper insights. Identifies potential new use cases for AI within finance and controlling. Monitors industry trends to stay updated on the latest AI advancements.
- Digitalization and Process Optimization: Proactively supports the optimization and digitalization of reporting and analysis processes
- User Training and Support: Provides training and support to end-users on Finance & Controlling systems to ensure effective utilization and adoption.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation for system processes and interfaces as well as for training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience working with business intelligence software, preferably Board
- Advanced knowledge of implementing in business intelligence systems, including data integration, report generation, data visualization and dashboard creation
- Experience with artificial intelligence projects and integrating AI technologies into business processes, Proficiency in R or Python, understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis or other relevant skills related to AI/ML
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of accounting and controlling methodologies is considers advantageous. Knowledge of Lean Methodologies is considered advantageous
- Experience with SAP ERP and SAP BW is considered advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
