We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join the Expedia Group Finance Team. In this role you will provide financial management support and partner with leaders throughout EG. In this role, you will:

Distill complex financial data into impactful insights; build financial models, analyze latest trends and initiatives, and perform ad-hoc modeling as required

Leverage large datasets to support financial analysis and long-term planning, extract insights, and support decision making

Lead a variety of projects to simplify and automate current processes

Partner across EG to develop a deep understanding of business levers and find opportunities to drive value into the organization

Drive process improvement through effective business partnering across the organization

In-depth analysis and benchmarking of our portfolio of brands, the products we sell, and the marketing channels customers engage in as well as the external competitive landscape

Responsible for monthly close, forecast/outlook for Brands Operational Expenditures (OPEX), including identifying risks and opportunities

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to shape and ensure compliance with from headcount perspective including FTE requisitions, contractors, discretionary expenses

Support accruals, validations, and variance analysis for monthly close
Experience and qualifications:

6+ years of relevant professional experience
-
Deep expertise with Oracle and Hyperion is a must
-
Advanced proficiency with SQL is a must
-
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
-
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting

Elevated level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and desire for continuous improvement

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management
