Ecolab is searching for a driven Process & Control Experienced Analyst for future opportunities within our Distributor Finance team in Pune, India.
The primary objective of the Experienced Analyst is to complete the monthly resale processing activities to include data cross referencing, inventory trending analysis, rebate resolution and credit analysis/issuance. This position requires sound decision skills in identifying product trending inaccuracies, financial trending analysis and communication outputs to internal and external customers, in conjunction with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high transaction environment. Advanced level duties are assigned in addition, including but not limited to new hire training, monthly sales adjustments, point person for team questions, and team meeting coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant professional experience, with analysis and problem-solving skills

Degree in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience

Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access

Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes

Strong command of English in speaking and writing
