This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Financial Analyst, Offer to Order – Large & Complex Deals in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creation & modelling of Large & Complex deals for North America Lab Diagnostics (NAM DX) including customers such as Quest, LabCorp, HCA etc. to ensure retention of market leader position in the US In-vitro market

  • Financial and strategic partner for Sales team in the development of deal strategy and structure for the largest deals for NAM DX

  • Coordination of LOA process and timelines (including leading and coordinating with Legal, Contract Management, Service, Customer Success, Pricing)

  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy & completeness of deal financials to ensure compliance with books & records, including accurate financial risk assessment

  • Create deal summary documents for use by other Finance teams and Sales

  • Coordinate with Finance teams within & outside OTO to ensure smooth deal booking & validation, impact of deal financials on overall NAM DX P&L is understood etc.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and related area(s)

  • 8+ years in relevant field, balanced against relevant Siemens’s experience

  • Strong analytical and financial skills

  • Effective communicator with team members and with Senior level management

  • Self-starter, capable of bringing projects to a successful conclusion with minimal supervision

  • Experience in bid management specifically in the lab diagnostics industry

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting and finance principles.

  • Proven ability to work with business analytics tools and build basic dashboards, conduct data analysis, and drive implementation of improvement projects

  • Proven ability to manage projects/tasks to ensure timely delivery with high quality results

  • Ability to build effective strategy (both with our customers and internally) and couple it with execution

  • Ability to interact with and influence all levels from individual contributors to executives, including those who are more technically focused

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

  • Expertise within the Microsoft Office suite of products is necessary; power apps preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability

  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization

  • Open to a hybrid work model

The base pay range for this position is

Min $119,000 - Max $178,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
