Financial Analyst Operations, Productivity and Transformation

• Track, update, and monitor productivity projects and operational KPIs, consolidating and analyzing financial data.

• Benchmark and develop cost analysis, providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce P&L costs.

• Drive key projects to reduce costs and improve profitability (RSA, working capital) across the Flavors Division.

• Define processes and procedures to support continuous improvement goals.

• Report operating results and profitability to senior leadership for monthly and quarterly reviews.

• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget processes.

• Contribute to projects aimed at automating, standardizing, and improving finance activities.

• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management; Master’s degree is a plus.

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish fluency strongly preferred.

• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI is a plus.

• Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficiency in Python, power BI and Financial Modelling.

• Experience in automatization, programming and data visualization.

• Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to simplify complex problems.

• Excellent communication and networking skills to operate in global, cross-functional environments.

• Self-starter with proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.

• Project Management skills: Develop and maintain project structures and reporting for operations finance focusing in productivity initiatives. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaboration Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to implement productivity improvements.
