We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical professional for the role of FMCG Insights & Analytics. The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of experience in consumer insights, business analytics, market research, category analytics, or commercial intelligence within the FMCG/CPG industry. This role requires a strong ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations that support business growth, improve decision-making, and strengthen market performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, sales performance, category dynamics, and business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing actionable insights by combining multiple data sources and presenting clear, compelling stories to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead FMCG/CPG insights and analytics initiatives to support strategic and operational business decisions.
- Analyze consumer, customer, market, category, sales, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical frameworks to support decision-making.
- Partner with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure analytics initiatives align with business priorities.
- Lead discussions with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and business implications.
- Support the development of consumer and market strategies through data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance, customer engagement, category growth, and operational efficiency.
- Drive standardization and improvement of reporting and analytics processes.
- Mentor and guide team members while contributing to the development of a strong analytics culture.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Insights & Analytics, Business Analytics, Consumer Insights, Market Research, Category Analytics, or related functions.
- Strong experience working within the FMCG/CPG industry is essential.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, category performance, and commercial business drivers.
- Proven ability to convert data into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.
- Strong People and Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, advanced formulas, reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Query for data extraction, transformation, automation, and reporting.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating insightful and visually compelling business presentations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
