We are currently looking for a ForgeRock IAM Engineer to join KeyData Cyber’s Delivery Services team! As a ForgeRock IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research, assessment, design, execution, and upkeep of system and product solutions, utilizing engineering principles in Identity Access, Authorization, and Authentication (IAM). Offering technical guidance and engineering assistance in projects and infrastructure development tailored for IAM solutions. Continuously advancing expertise in emerging IT engineering technologies, competitors, concepts, and trends pertinent to Identity, Authorization, and Authentication within the business domain.

Responsibilities:
- You will leverage your ForgeRock certification and extensive implementation experience to design and deliver complex IAM solutions.
- Provide best-practice recommendations and solution options based on prior successful IAM product implementations.
- Contribute to requirements gathering and solution design discussions.
- Perform hands-on configuration of user journeys and authentication flows.
- Design and develop custom extensions and code enhancements as needed.
- Integrate both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom applications into the ForgeRock / Ping solution.
- Carry out development activities to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Responsible to provide post-production support, including defect resolution and performance improvements.
- Work with both ForgeRock Advanced Cloud platform and on-premises components, including IDM, AM, and DS.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related subjects.
- Experience in one of more of the ForgeRock products for both Cloud platform and on-premises like ForgeRock IDM, ForgeRock AM, ForgeRock DS, ForgeRock Identity cloud.
- Experience developing custom connectors like Scripted REST and working with Restful API’s is an added advantage.
- Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
- Single Sign On
- Identity Federation
- Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace, and replication topology experience.
- Resource Provisioning and Synchronization.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills .
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and organized individual with the ability to maintain flexibility and to function with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software/systems/engineering, and solid understanding of identity and access management.
- ForgeRock AM, DS or Identity cloud certifications #LI-AS1
