You'll work directly with the founders, implementing AI agents across the services lifecycle that own specific operational metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes. This isn't about writing code in isolation – it's about building systems that hit SLAs and move the needle on metrics that customers actually care about.

2-5 years of software engineering experience
Strong coding skills with proficiency in multiple languages - it doesn’t matter which
