Job Description:
Our team is seeking a talented and passionate Framework Developer to join us in shaping the future of game development. As a key member of our elite engineering team, you will work on Synergy — our proprietary game engine and framework that empowers developers to create immersive gaming experiences.
We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and committed professional who thrives on challenges and continuous learning. You will primarily work with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and other cutting-edge technologies. Beyond maintaining the core framework, you will also design, develop, and support a variety of tools used by stakeholders across the studio.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and enhance new features within the Synergy framework.
Maintain and optimize existing core functionalities to ensure performance and reliability.
Conduct thorough code reviews and approve pull requests to uphold code quality standards
Develop and maintain internal tools that support various teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Game Development, Studio Engineering, Platform, DevOps, and others to deliver integrated solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to technical strategy.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the framework and associated tools.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate
Support developers across all Studios.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js. (React nice to have).
Experience working with game engines or development frameworks is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Passion for gaming and technology with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
