We’re looking for an experienced Designer to join our creative team at Monks. The ideal candidate is a design expert who thrives in fast-paced studio or agency environments and enjoys crafting high-quality, impactful designs for global brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for premium, global brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, and Production.
- Translate briefs into compelling digital experiences with pixel-perfect execution.
- Maintain consistency across all design deliverables while pushing creative boundaries.
- Present and communicate design ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in design, preferably within creative studios or digital agencies.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work for global or premium brands.
- Exceptional attention to detail, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
