Job Description
We are seeking a Freshdesk CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring Freshdesk, automating workflows, and improving customer service efficiency. Key duties include setting up ticketing systems, managing integrations, customizing reports, and training teams on best practices. Experience in Freshdesk automation, SLA management, and analytics is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of CRM support processes are essential. Prior experience in customer support, ITSM, or helpdesk solutions is a plus.
