Front End Developer (React)

Responsibilities:

• As a Cargo Code Commander, you’ll be responsible for the software development of major features and systems (architect, design, build and maintain).
• Contribute throughout the development and deployment cycle across the R&D organization.
• With over a million lines of code, a ship happens. You’ll troubleshoot and solve complex problems and introduce mechanisms, new designs, and best practices to prevent the recurrence of the problem.

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent React programming skills with 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in HTML,CSS, Javascript, React Js.
• Excellent understanding of Redux and Sagas.
• Excellent computer science fundamentals and experience in architecting and maintaining large-scale applications.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
• Excellent communication, self-organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in GIT version control 
• Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and best development practices.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good product understanding with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX/UI and Backend teams.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience building and configuring monitoring tools.
• Experience designing tools to automate operational processes.
• Experience with automated testing practices (playwright).
• Experience on backend (PHP, MySQL)
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals with hands-on experience integrating AI-powered APIs (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive search) into React applications to build intelligent and interactive user experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and frontend-focused AI implementations such as smart form validation, auto-suggestions, personalization, and UI automation to enhance usability and performance.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices to enhance productivity, code quality, and automation within the development lifecycle.
