The Role

Are you ready to join the team of software engineering experts at Kyndryl? We are seeking a talented Full Stack Develper to contribute to our software engineering space.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will provide development and support for applications within the HR Domain as part of the CIO Enterprise Application HR Services team. Your leadership will be demonstrated in your work, to your customers, and within your teams.

You’ll be the go-to person for problem-solving of customers’ business and technical issues. You have a knack for effectively identifying and framing problems, leading the collection of elements of information, and integrating this information to produce timely and thoughtful decisions. Your aim throughout, is to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of technology and technical methods and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Node.js, Angular, Java, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Build and maintain backend services using FastAPI and Node.js, and frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.

• Work on cloud-native applications leveraging platforms such as Azure and OpenShift.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and inclusive teamwork.

• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

• Engage in customer-facing communications to gather requirements and provide technical support.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will also coach and mentor engineers to design and implement highly available, secure, distributed software in a scalable architecture. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience.

• Proficiency in Node.js, Angular, Java, Azure Cloud, and OpenShift Container Platform.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

• Strong backend development skills (FastAPI, Node.js, databases).

• Front end development experience with React and Next.js.

• Effective communication skills in customer-facing environments.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with relational (MS SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.

• Integration experience with Workday API, Concur API, SSO, and ServiceNow.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• Master Certified Technical Specialist
