Full Stack Developer - MEAN/MERN

Leads dubbing production across Asia and MENA, translating launch schedules into regional production plans, vendor assignments, milestones, and asset-loading deadlines. Oversees studios, localization partners, capacity, quality, security, technical compliance, and delivery risks. Coordinates global and regional teams to resolve production issues, ensure asset readiness, apply localization standards, and improve on-time delivery, quality, rework, and vendor performance.

Provides onsite and remote IT support for global users, managing high-volume service desk tickets, troubleshooting Microsoft systems, Active Directory, messaging, network, and infrastructure issues. Responsibilities include incident resolution, root-cause analysis, SLA and KPI tracking, monitoring and alerting, documentation, ITIL compliance, service procedure development, and collaboration with technical teams. The role requires rotational shifts, on-call participation, customer focus, and occasional travel when required.

Lead an integrated construction and facilities portfolio supporting manufacturing expansion, facility stabilization, budgeting, risk management, value engineering, governance, and operational readiness. Coordinate multiple projects from planning through commissioning and closeout while managing costs, schedules, dependencies, contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory interfaces. Build organizational capability and implement digital, AI-enabled program controls, analytics, automation, and data governance to improve forecasting, reporting, resource optimization, and executive decision-making.
