Our platform brings together workflow automation, rule engines, AI‑powered decisioning, and no‑code/low‑code tools to help enterprises modernize efficiently and at scale.
We’re expanding our engineering team in Mumbai and looking for a Python + JavaScript Programmer (3–5 years) who enjoys building clean, performant applications and wants to contribute to a modern automation platform used globally.
What You’ll Do
- Building backend services and APIs using Python
- Creating responsive, interactive UI components using JavaScript
- Connecting backend logic to frontend workflows and components
- Writing clean, maintainable, well‑structured code
- Debugging issues and improving system performance
- Working with databases and ORM tools for smooth data handling
- Collaborating with product, QA, and design teams to deliver high‑quality features
- Owning tasks across the full stack and contributing to continuous improvement
What You’ll Work With / Learn
- Python frameworks: Fast API, Django, Flask
- Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and frontend frameworks: React, Vue, Angular
- REST API development and integration patterns
- SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks like SQL Alchemy
- Microservices, modular architecture, and integration workflows
- CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments
- Workflow engines, automation tools, and rule‑based systems
- End‑to‑end SDLC practices in an agile, collaborative environment
- Opportunities to contribute to AI‑driven automation features
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Python and JavaScript development
- Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and problem‑solving
- Hands‑on experience with REST APIs and modern web applications
- Familiarity with at least one major JS framework (React, Vue, Angular)
- Comfort working with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools
- Solid understanding of coding best practices and agile workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently
