About the Opportunity:
Roxonn is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to design and implement an engaging Leaderboard page for our platform. This feature will showcase top contributors, active projects, and other key metrics, fostering community engagement and friendly competition. Your work will directly contribute to making Roxonn a more dynamic and rewarding environment.
Project Overview: The Roxonn Platform
Roxonn is building a Decentralized Software Organization (DSO) on the XDC Network. Our mission is to revolutionize how software is developed and how talent is rewarded globally. We connect businesses and open-source projects with skilled contributors, using blockchain for transparent funding, task management, and instant crypto-based rewards (XDC and future ROXN tokens). Roxonn aims to create a fair, efficient, and accessible ecosystem for decentralized collaboration.
Task Description (Based on GitHub Issue #10):
Develop a new, dedicated Leaderboard page (/leaderboard) on the Roxonn platform.
- Implement Key Leaderboards (MVP):
- Top Contributors (e.g., ranked by ROXN/XDC earned, number of bounties completed).
- Top Projects/Repositories (e.g., ranked by total ROXN/XDC paid out, number of bounties posted).
- (Optional MVP+): Top Pool Managers.
- Display: Each leaderboard entry should show rank, name (with link to profile/project page), and the relevant metric value.
- Time Filters: Implement basic time filtering (e.g., "All-Time," with "Last 30 Days" as a desirable addition).
- Design: Ensure the page has a visually appealing and engaging design, consistent with Roxonn's UI/UX.
- Backend: Develop necessary backend logic (Node.js/TypeScript) for data aggregation, querying, and ranking.
- (Refer to GitHub Issue #10 for full MVP scope and acceptance criteria).
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Full-Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Frontend technologies: React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Proficiency in Backend technologies: Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js (or similar).
- Experience with database querying and data aggregation (e.g., PostgreSQL or other SQL/NoSQL databases).
- Ability to design and implement responsive and visually appealing UI components.
- Understanding of API design and integration.
- (Helpful) Experience with data visualization or gamification features.

Platform Information: How Rewards Work
- What is this rewards system? Roxonn rewards contributions with XDC tokens (and soon our native ROXN token), a cryptocurrency earned by completing tasks (bounties) on our platform.
- How it works:
- Sign in to the Roxonn platform with your GitHub account (a compatible XDC wallet is auto-created or can be linked).
- Choose a task (like this one, detailed in GitHub Issue #10) from our project.
- Submit your work via a Pull Request on GitHub, linking it to the issue (e.g., "Closes #10").
- Upon review, approval, and merge of your PR, XDC tokens for the bounty are sent directly to your wallet on the Roxonn platform.
- What can you do with XDC? Earned XDC tokens are transferable. You can send them to other XDC wallets, use them within the XDC ecosystem, or exchange them for INR/other fiat currencies on platforms that support XDC.
