Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile applications across iOS/Android platforms supporting UHC Mobile solutions
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with business requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives) to support delivery commitments
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
• Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and ensure application performance and quality
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes
• Apply AI-enabled development practices (e.g., Copilot-assisted coding, test generation, automation) to improve engineering productivity and quality
• Support integration and adoption of AI-driven capabilities within mobile solutions (e.g., conversational AI, personalization, or automation use cases) where applicable
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android)
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
• Solid knowledge of mobile development frameworks (Swift/Kotlin/React Native/Flutter)
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, automation practices, or AI-enabled features in applications
• Proven solid problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
