Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client offerings, while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to meet evolving business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment on cloud platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Understanding of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
