Full Stack Engineer

 Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Architecture & System Design 

• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures to support business requirements. 

• Evaluate technical approaches and recommend solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical designs and implementation strategies. 

• Ensure solutions align with coding standards, architectural guidelines, and maintainability best practices. 

   2. Full Stack Development 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable web
  applications. 

• Take ownership of both the front end and back-end development, ensuring smooth
  integration between the two. 

• Participate in feature estimation, technical design discussions, and release planning to ensure timely delivery. 

   3. Front-End Development 

• Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using modern web technologies
  such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). 

• Ensure intuitive user experience across different devices and platforms. 

   4. Back-End Development 

• Design and implement robust server-side applications using Python, Java, or Node.js. 

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with databases and third-party services to support application functionality. 

• Optimize API performance and ensure scalability for high-volume requests. 

   5. Database Management 

• Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and improve database performance. 

• Ensure data integrity and performance in SQL databases; basic familiarity with NoSQL
  databases is expected. 

    6. Testing & Debugging 

• Write unit tests, perform integration testing, and conduct debugging to ensure reliability
  and stability of the software. 

• Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues proactively. 

• Troubleshoot production issues through log analysis, debugging, and root cause investigation. 

    7. Code Review & Collaboration 

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide feedback. 

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to define technical
  requirements, identify solutions, and ensure timely delivery. 

    8. Technical Documentation 

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API
  specifications, and user guides. 

• Document coding standards, best practices, and development processes for reference. 

    9. Continuous Improvement 

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and
  technology. 

• Continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to improve software
  development processes and practices 

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve application performance, code quality, and development workflows. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development (front-end and back-end). 

Skills Required 

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). 

• Experience in back-end development with Python, Java, Node.js (Django, Spring, Express
  a plus). 

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. 

• Deep understanding of SQL databases (and basic understanding of NoSQL). 

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows. 

• Knowledge of web security best practices and implementation experience. 
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about learning and adopting new technologies.
