Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the services provided to clients are both effective and efficient. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with backend frameworks and databases, ensuring seamless integration. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
