Summary: As a Packaged App Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-grade packaged applications. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive innovation, maintain application quality, and support operational excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: -Solution Design and Development: Oversee design, development, and maintenance of solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security guidelines. -Copilot & Generative AI Integration: Design and implement Copilot experiences within Microsoft 365 and custom applications. Leverage Generative AI for automating workflows, enhancing user productivity, and creating intelligent solutions. Explore AI-driven development and cloud-native solutions to improve scalability and performance. -Code Review & Quality Assurance: Review code and deliverables from offshore developers to maintain high-quality standards. Implement best practices for Agile methodologies and DevOps principles. Application Maintenance: Manage bug fixes and minor feature enhancements for existing applications. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on complex problems -Proven experience in SharePoint Online development, Power Platform tools, and Copilot Studio. .NET Development proficiency (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework). -Familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Teams integration, and Microsoft 365 services. -Understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and integration with enterprise apps. -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -Familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Teams integration, and Microsoft 365 services. -Understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and integration with enterprise apps. -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -Strong communication and leadership abilities. -Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot, or AI technologies. -Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. -Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and scripting languages like PowerShell. . Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project goals. -Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. -Operational Transition: Support transition of applications into operational phases, ensuring smooth handover and continuity. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 online SharePoint Development.
